Eligibility for Refund

- Website Design Services: If the website delivered does not meet your expectations, and you request a refund within 14 days of the final delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- PDF Deliverables (Designs/Guides/Reports): If you’re dissatisfied with any PDF materials provided (such as design concepts or guides), you can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the document.
Conditions for Refund:
- Refunds will only be issued after a full review of your concerns. You may be asked to provide feedback on the reasons for your dissatisfaction so that we can continue to improve our services.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once approved.
- In case of any revisions or corrections to your project, you may be offered a free revision instead of a refund.
Exclusions:
- Refunds do not apply if the project is canceled by the client after significant work has been completed (e.g., beyond 50% of the design phase).
- Custom projects and extensive revisions may have specific terms outlined in the project agreement.
